헬스를 하면서
운동 후에 바로 음식을 섭취하면 탄수화물과 단백질 흡수량의 증가로 근육을 성장시키는데 도움이 된다. 그러나 이것은 남자들이 근육의 크기를 원할때는 유익하지만 여자분이 다이어트를 목적으로 한다면 그다지 도움이 되지 않는다. 따라서 운동 후에는 최소 30분 이상이 지난 후에 음식을 섭취해 주는 것이 좋다.흰우유에는 단백질 등의 영양소도 많지만 살을 찌우게 하는 포화지방이 많이 들어 있다. 따라서 적당하게 마시거나 저지방 우유를 마시는는 것이 좋다.
물도 적당하게 마셔주는 것이 좋지만 억지로 마실 필요는 없다. 수분은 꼭 물로만 채워지는 것이 아니라 식사와 같은 음식에서도 보충되기 때문에 목이 마르지 않은데 굳이 챙겨 마실 필요는 없다. 그러나 부족한 것 같으면 의식적으로라도 마셔주는 것이 좋다.
근력운동을 꾸준히 하면 균형잡힌 몸이 만들어 진다. 그리고 체계적인 스트레칭이 몸의 균형을 잡아주는데 아주 좋다.
운동 중에는 혈액이 다리쪽으로 많이 몰리게 된다. 이것을 그냥 두게 되면 회복이 더뎌지고 심하면 다리가 붓기도 하고 운동 직후에는 심장에도 부담을 주게 된다. 따라서 운동 후에 마무리 운동으로 가볍게 스트레칭을 해주거나 눕거나 앉아서 몇 분 동안 다리를 위로 들어 주는 것이 좋다.
